went to catch The SIMPSONS Movie last fri... laughed so damn hard la. Homer Simpson is really one helluva dumb idiot.. just watching this movie made me wanna watch all the simpsons episodes frm season 1... haha i now have a favourite cartoon. now western australians can welcome me to the simpsons fanatic club!

Number Twelve, Grimmauld Place

damn nice damn nice... loved the effects but a wee bit exhaustive. Severus "Legilimens!" Snape is damn cool, the Weasley twins have Attitude!, Hermione and Luna are swans (sorry Cho), Voldemort and his DEs are real evil, Dolores Umbridge is worse, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore's Got Style, and Harry Potter really looks like a father. Oops, i mean- his father.

yesterday had some happy hour at the mess again... pooling and table soccer-ing with forfeit (wad else but pumping). heng i caught the last train back.

and today marc bro woke up early in the morning to collect the Deathly Hallows n yet according to him he's the last one to collect. wth man...
im gonna devour it once marc finishes with it. i dunno but i feel like reading the series frm book one again first... but i dont have the patience to try getting hold of the books. jk rowling is really a powerful witch. her hp books r really the kind i'd hate to put down... all i know is tt everytime i turn the last page i feel like dying, then for the next few days i'll go into withdrawal... now its really the last book, i hope by some magic i'll never reach the end. i think i'll just go cold turkey, start using my dreams to get back into that world, and maybe forget abt wakin' up.

yes, there's a new drug in town... it just takes the form of a book, not a pill. now i'm glad to know there are at least 325 million other escapists in the world. :D

had another unit cohesion last fri... this time alot more fun cuz its just our branch alone- everyone knows everyone else.

so had 4k run in the morning then soccer- some serious Revenge! haha. at abt 12noon everyone met at some Guilin (probably chinese) restaurant in this CDANS thingy somewhere in the west... had a 9 course lunch, i think also to celebrate 3ppls bdays. Just in case... Happy Bday Mr Teo, WO Lee & Samuel!

played LaserQuest after lunch... quite shiok hahaha... the last time i played was damn long ago la. what with the UV light n the dark 'battlefield'... nobody gave a shit abt the rules la. cover the sensors, running n shouting n getting abit violent. but one thing although its aircon... with the equipment on, u'll just come out of the arena damp with sweat.

after that went to shoot some air rifle- or air pistol they call it... but anw its a rifle lah. 10m target. i did quite well for a pes c excused live firing hahaha... got a 96/100! (10 shots.) A*star know! quite fun but after while abit cramp cuz of the shooting position. its not proning, its some weird twisted position that probably wouldnt let ur food digest properly.

so that was officially the end of the Cohesion at 4pm but almost everyone followed up with the drinking session at some bar in orchard. ok i take back my word abt not drinking ever again... cuz the last time was bad company who forced liquor down my throat. this time it was very relaxed, just drink as i wanted, play retarded 5/10 game with drunk regulars and nsfs... quite fun really. but i still keep my word abt alcohol not tasting nice. its still the soda/coke/green tea tt makes it bearable. but the fun is worth the heck of a taste if u get my drift.

n that was it for friday. haha

some unit outing... on mon after parade at where else but the bloody place, my unit n parent unit had an excursion of sorts to Artillery Institute. we got to sit in the simulation arti gun n fire. too bad the round didnt really fly out of the gun... so sadly there wasnt any destruction. but the arti cannons were quite cool la... look like can Transform kind.

then we went to old ford factory- its a museum not a factory- to appreciate military history. of course i couldnt appreciate it actually. i can appreciate a painting but not really militia n politics... summore i pes c. wth man. so we only spent awhile there before going to vivo to watch Die Hard 4.0- a somewhat exaggerated, incredible but nonetheless brawlish actionpacked movie. one man took on a helicopter, an F22(?), n countless bodyguards n assassins with at most a gun to begin with... three-half for me. but i'd sure like to know how to carry out a Firesale.

n there was another visit yesterday... to Sembawang Air Base this time. i actually came within metres of an Apache n even sat inside a Chinook! (the one they use to fly the flag during ndp.) haha i imagined owning a private military helicopter... shiok man anytime can fly anywhere i want n blast the living daylights out of anything i want... like some GTA ahhaha

argh shit i missed 07:07:07 07/07/07. i spent tt moment on the shores of dreamland... does tt mean anything?

n tampines mall is officially sardine. breathing space is limited to a 1-metre-radius. so go there at ur own risk of claustrophobia... looks like town would be the better choice nowadays...

the week was quite ok... played tennis with chair at some bedok. n LOOK HERE bedok tennis courts suck. n the woman in charge of the bookings n all that also sucks. she overcomplains in hope of seeking justification when what customers really want is for her to stop yakking n hurry up. ok i shall not slam the courts nor the government.

i shall just describe it. the court ground is weathered, revealing the bitumen or whatever coarse material it is beneath. the courts are surrounded by lots of grass n trees, so the floodlights attract the lovely flying ants who affectionately decide to sink their puny teeth into the skin of my neck and hands. so much for company.

n i think its time i regripped n restringed my racket. shit i forgot my tension.

been visiting bugis quite alot lately... not a bad place i think. the crowd isn't like some tampines yet not ulu like desert. just nice... like marina. anyway the GSS is officially closed... n i totally didn't make use of it one bit. wth man... ah heck it.

TRANSFORMERS is damn nice... damn cool... cooler than spiderman cooler than silver surfer cooler than any other show i watched. i dunno how else to describe this super action-packed show by michael bay/steven spielberg. i dont care im giving it 5/5 man. haha
