sometimes its good to have a little deprivation.

to make u realize that its actually a blessing to have the things you'd normally just look past and take for granted. taiwan wasn't so bad, but the 10 days in the camp where the main cp was set up was enough to induce some homesick sentiments. cuz for all the joy of not needing to go outfield, the bunk was nothing more than just shelter and bathwater.

i think for that case outfield might have offered a better experience. not some half-f experience.

the r&r was ok but contrary to hearsay, Kaohsiung is not really that much more than Dou Liu. the liuho night market stretches a mere street. i could say sg's pasarmalam does better. but anyway of course it was an eye opener. and their Dream Mall owns vivocity big time haha... 10 hectares of mall with an amusement park on the roof.
