the first time i tasted xiao long bao. ahha abit late but still, never too late.

went to din tai fung (not exactly sure how u pronounce that) to celebrate dad's bday- chair's treat. according to chair all the dishes ordered were signature. including of course their xiao long bao. so here's what i learnt- the "official" way to eat a small cage packet.

1. use the chopsticks to dip the XLB in the gingered vinegar. ethanoic acid. then put on the spoon.

2. then nibble a hole and drink the juices. hahaha sounds wrong but it's true what

3. place some of the vinegared ginger on the small cage packet.

4. then obviously put it in ur mouth. how ur teeth and tongue play with it is not my problem haha.

i had their chicken noodles. ha sounds overly mundane but it doesnt really look like the one u're imagining now. its totally some unique taste la i just dont know how to describe. ok la im watching a freaky show now simultaneously so i cant blog properly. so anw since i have nothing more to blog abt i shall leave it at this. bye
