morning had track trg; did power training. must jump over 6 ~1m 'hurdles' then sprint abt 10m n back, then repeat another 2 times then take timing. 52 secs. can jump down. after doing 2 sets i cannot take it then rest. after that did 250m sprint twice. mr yazid told me to do 200m on sports day. confirm die one man! see all those chiongsters andrew, khairul, gene, blah blah n the soccer guys too. confirm 1st or 2nd heat out already.
after that went lunch at tm with zeng hui, hairianto, crystal and earnest. take abit the long time to decide, then after deciding on bk, go bk sit down. then realized quite crowded then stand back up. hahaha might as well dun go in the first place. then decided to go long john silver so we went to the lvl 4 one. then still! must wait. wait wait wait for some indian family to finish eating. they take damn long la we finish eating just minutes after they finished. telling me they nibble their food. thanks know.
so afternoon went back to sch for patrick zenders' training. can say it was quite fun :) but dunno y nv do the meditation thingy. anyway thats all. margaret thatsall.
