I hate alcohol.
i never drank more than half a shot of alcohol (excluding champagne) in my entire life... so u can rightfully call me a noob- a serious noob at tt yet on wed nite i went overboard. went to O Bar with some of my platoonmates n got into some serious shit... not as in fight or what... some serious shit to my health. so for anyone out there who's interested in what an overboard first experience feels like pls read on.
firstly i dunno wads so nice abt alcohol. the taste simply sucks (to me tt is). they'll put like a shot of the alcohol into a cup with ice then fill it up with another normal drink, then they call it something else. anyhow lar
ok first when i went in i had the standard free drink- the one with sprite... i dunno the name... i was quite thirsty so i felt ok. then wayne ordered 3 more jugs, which meant 3 more cups for me. some redbull one, another one i think its some mary dunnowhat (?), n i forgot the 3rd one is what. Four cups! but surprisingly on the 4th cup i still felt normal... only a few minutes after tt my ears suddenly felt super hot n like got air pressure liddat (the kind when ur on the plane). thats when i knew i was abnormal alr.
we went out for awhile to look for chenyang n scott. after tt when we went back in, wayne &%!&#%)#!Q%* went to get one more jug n final-ed it with a freaking tequila shot for everyone. 5 cups + 1 tequila shot is enough to get many veterans off alr, wadya think it did to me... awhile after tt i went to the toilet n puked. until there was nothing left to puke n yet i still puked air, if u know what i mean... in the process my nose even bled. my throat was sore n damn dry. and to top it all the bitter taste lingered there like a poison attack. went out of the bar n rested there for a long time before i went home.
experience? u bet it was man... oh ya n not to mention. when i was in the restroom i didnt recognise the face in the mirror. looked like something out of a horror flick.
well i've had my first and last booze. a sip of champagne like at mums bday party, thats ok. clubbing + frens - alcohol thats still ok. going for "a few drinks" thats not tehping, over my freaking dead n buried body man.
lunching at siglap food centre n pooling at parkway yesterday suddenly seemed so much more heavenly haha. went to meet mum n dad at suntec too- for what else but Sitex! i could've almost gotten an apple notebook frm dad but wth man apple doesnt have a booth there. n there was no time to go look at every other reseller's booth.
n suntec's foodrepublic now is very nicely ambienced. but only one thing... No Meaning sia. eating in an antique library. no link...
