realize its getting abit stagnant here, so im creating some ripples. to keep the mosquito larvae away.
last two saturdays were interesting! the previous sat us trackers gathered again. 17 of us, from 04 and 05 batches. some ppl pangseh-ed of course, but 17 was good enough. had dinner at Essential Brew at holland v. sort of a miss clarity's cafe sorta thing but they had better food, cosiness n ambience (apart frm the overcrowded bday party eating into our space). quite funny cuz we actually ate n hung there till 10 plus.
after that we decided to not go home yet. why waste the company haha.. so we had a fun alcoholic night at balcony. of course we dont belong to the group of people who believe there's such a thing called drunk... cuz there isnt. alcohol just makes ur face hot n red (esp me) and does nothing to ur mind. whether or someone wants to exploit the presence of alcohol as an excuse is up to the person. maybe its just cuz it makes ur face, ears, throat n stomach a little ticklish (read: euphemism for uncomfortable) so we become a little more heck abt what people think of our actions.
thats just what i think.
and last saturday, 17 05S01ers gathered at desiree's house for a bbq dinner. and for me it was after a bbq lunch during my unit's 3rd anniversary event in the day. but it wasn't much difference cuz i was doing sai kang for the most part. somehow it was really quite relaxing sitting by the poolside fountain with my class, not needing to care abt anything except talking n laughing. and basket mloclam didn't come.
then ironically... the more fun part of the night came when everybody left. only us t4 stayed nearby so we remained in des's house n played uno stacko n daidee(?) with des until 130am. dunno y we were all damn high, kept laughing all night. until the next morning eugene had shoulder aches. damn hiong haha. i think its her floor... haha i dunno lar. it was almost like a half-chalet in every sense.
told ya alcohol was just an excuse.
more i hope.
and i'd like to give a toast to Facebook, cheers for this cyber drug! haha!
